What is it?
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of massage to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph nodes carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart
How I use it
This is used as a stand-alone treatment and vary rarely incorporated with any other treatment protocol. It is very light touch and you may not even realise something is happening during the treatment. Lymphatic drainage works best on people with swelling or those that are post surgery.
